The vision of Guy Beyond is to go Beyond the traditional accounting and financial needs of the individual and their business. Guy Beyond Tax and Business LLC started out as a traditional accounting, tax and bookkeeping organization handling the reporting and interpretation of historical data. However, as time and experience progressed we learned that we needed to do more than just report what had already happen in the client’s past, we needed to help them plan and prepare more intimately with all aspects of their financial needs.
With this process, the client has a better perspective on the historical data. In other words, the client has a more efficient bookkeeping and tax system when that system is based on information that the client has planned ahead time; now the client can make decisions based or real and fully vetted goals and long-term plans.

Guy Beyond is a strategic planning and consulting company providing concept creations, accountability processes and financial advisory services to early stage ventures and small businesses.
We help entrepreneurs prepare their finances, get investor ready and connect to interested investors and lending opportunities. About the Owner
TaShawana (Shawana) Guy comes from a multifaceted background in the world of accounting andfinancial services. She started her career with four years in the United States Marine Corps where she developed her commitment to service. Shawana began her accounting career at The Four Points Sheraton Hotel in Washington, DC where she spent over five years serving accounting and customer service needs for the hotel and tourism industry. After marrying an active duty Marine, she moved to Birmingham, AL where she spent five years handling accounting and auditing services for the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
While working with (UAB) Shawana completed her Bachelors of Accounting and Graduate studies from Keller Graduate School. Late in 2008, Shawana decided to take the spirit of commitment and service back to home town of Houston, TX. Not only did she bring that home, she brought it home in a big way. She offered her financial and business services to small local manufacturing businesses and restaurant owners in the area. She discovered that being successful throughout changes in the economic landscape requires commitment and courage for small business owners and she had a desire to help them. Her vision of providing efficient and economical information to small business owners derived into this organization, Guy Beyond Tax & Business, LLC. Guy Beyond prides itself on going beyond what is expected, beyond what is required, and beyond what is perceived for financial management and services. Guy Beyond in 2016, took it one step further and started the Harvest A Seed Project. This initiative walks the client from concept through launch by encompassing a strong financial base. This initiative addresses and organizes every aspect of the small business owners company to insure continuity in the startup and expansion phase of their business. Going beyond the numbers of what is expected is the foundation of this business.
